		<description>Open houses are a very viable tool for our business. We not only find that there are plenty of buyers - some may be &quot;looky-lus&quot; but many are sent specifically by their agents, and some are actually &quot;interviewing&quot; agents to work with.  We recently had a buyer tell us they had gone to several open houses in our area of specialty and then tell us they had been checking out the different agents working the area to decide who they would work with.  On that some vein, many sellers do the same thing...they go around to the open houses in their area to see which agents they like, who seems to know the area the best, etc.  Open Houses are a very good resource for a real estate agent and like Robin mentions above exposes a home to many more buyers than may have seen it otherwise...an integral part of our job!</description>
